Fall Family Session | Des Moines Nature Area

I was so excited when Denise contacted me about scheduling family portraits at Jester Park. One of my favorite parts of my job is capturing the personality of a family in their portraits and this family just enjoyed being together which makes my job so easy. Add in an adorable toddler with such a great personality and I feel like I have the best job on earth.

Toddlers and pre-schoolers are so fun to work with at a session. They have so many expressions and are so quick to show joy. They also require a lot of games to keep them engaged, which can be fun for Mom and Dad as well as the little kids. This little boy was so excited about his new boots that he loved showing them off. It was so adorable!
